If you wish to become a coordinator-animator, network animator, activities coordinator, technical coordinator, head of animation, community development officer, federal animator, socio-educational animator, support worker, deputy director, project coordinator...
Holding this diploma certifies, in the field of socio-educational or cultural animation, the following competencies:
- Lead the implementation of animation projects within the values of popular education
- Support team work
- Organise partnership work
- Implement participatory approaches to popular education
- Support volunteer involvement
- Organise resource mobilisation
- Lead training sessions within the team
Pré-requis
The prior requirements for entry to the DEJEPS training, speciality "socio-educational or cultural animation" option "project, territory and network development" are as follows:
- Hold a level IV qualification in the animation field registered in the national register of professional certifications
- Hold a level III qualification registered in the national register of professional certifications
- Demonstrate a level of training equivalent to level IV and have six months of animation experience
- Demonstrate twenty-four months of professional or voluntary activities corresponding to a minimum of one thousand six hundred hours
Objectifs de la formation
The training lasts 21 hours (3 days).
It aims to maintain competencies and acquire new knowledge related to the evolution of the profession, in the field of aquatic safety.
- Changes in the professional environment:
• different aquatic activity venues;
• teaching and animation of aquatic activities; - changes in safety;
• health and safety of practitioners; - regulatory framework for practice.
- Rescue procedures:
• implementation of specific techniques and equipment taking into account new developments;
• understanding of strategies to ensure user safety and prevent risk behaviours;
• presentation of concrete cases to address intervention in the event of an incident or accident related to aquatic safety;
• recommended behaviour and actions in case of incident or accident.
