



Missions
The animator works mainly in collective youth facilities (after-school, leisure centres, holiday stays). They can also work in any structure organising leisure and socio-cultural animation activities in the public sector (local authorities and public institutions) and private sector (associations, commercial structures, etc.).
The activity and daily life animator works in reference to the structure's project and within a team.
• Designs and runs daily life activities in various reception settings.
• Designs and runs educational activities for groups in various settings, using activities from 3 main areas:
> expression activities.
> physical activities.
> scientific and technical activities, within regulatory frameworks.
• Ensures the safety of third parties and the public in their care.
Pré-requis
Be a local authority employee.
Objectifs de la formation
The training is organised into 4 Capitalisable Units in the training centre, alternating with company placements.
The capitalisable units are as follows:
UC1: participate in the project and life of the structure.
UC2: run daily group activities.
UC3: design activities for a group.
UC4: run activities.
